Invite colleagues and manage permissions in your organization

Overview

Ezy Risk allows you to collaborate with your team on vendor risk management. Invite colleagues to your organization and assign appropriate roles based on their responsibilities.

Inviting Team Members

Go to Settings

Click Settings in the sidebar, then select Team Members.

Click "Invite Member"

Click the "Invite Member" button in the top right.

Enter Email and Role

Enter your colleague's email address and select their role (see roles below).

Send Invitation

They'll receive an email invitation to join your organization. Once they accept, they can access the platform.

User Roles

Owner

Full control over the organization. Only one owner per organization.

  • All Admin permissions
  • Manage billing and subscription
  • Transfer or delete organization

Admin

Full access to features and team management, but not billing.

  • All Member permissions
  • Invite and remove team members
  • Manage organization settings
  • Create and edit templates

Member

Standard user with full access to core features.

  • Create and send assessments
  • Add and manage vendors
  • View all assessments and reports
  • Generate and download reports

Viewer

Read-only access for stakeholders who need visibility but not editing rights.

  • View assessments and results
  • View vendor profiles
  • Download reports

Managing Team Members

  • Change Roles

    Owners and Admins can change a member's role at any time from the Team Members page.

  • Remove Members

    Remove access for members who leave your team. Their past actions remain in the audit log.

  • Resend Invitations

    If someone didn't receive their invitation, you can resend it from the pending invitations list.
