Configure settings, branding, and preferences

Overview

Organization settings let you customize Ezy Risk for your team. Configure your company branding, set default preferences, and manage security settings from a central location.

Organization Settings

General

  • Organization Name: Your company name shown in emails and reports
  • Industry: Used for benchmark comparisons
  • Timezone: Default timezone for due dates and reports

Branding (Pro & Enterprise)

  • Logo: Appears in vendor emails and PDF reports
  • Primary Color: Accent color for branded elements
  • Custom Domain: Use your own domain for vendor portal (Enterprise)

Notifications

  • Email Preferences: Choose which notifications to receive
  • Reminder Schedule: When to send vendor reminders
  • Summary Reports: Automated weekly/monthly email summaries

Security (Enterprise)

  • SSO/SAML: Configure single sign-on with your identity provider
  • Enforce 2FA: Require two-factor authentication for all users
  • Session Timeout: Auto-logout after inactivity
  • IP Allowlist: Restrict access to specific IP ranges

Accessing Settings

  1. 1.Click Settings in the sidebar (gear icon)
  2. 2.Select Organization from the settings menu
  3. 3.Navigate to the relevant tab (General, Branding, Security, etc.)
  4. 4.Make changes and click Save

Note: Only Owners and Admins can access organization settings.
