Overview
Ezy Risk generates professional PDF reports that document vendor assessment results in a format suitable for compliance audits, executive briefings, and stakeholder reviews. Reports include risk scores, findings, question responses, and recommendations.
Reports can be generated for individual assessments or as portfolio summaries across multiple vendors.
Report Types
Assessment Detail Report
Complete documentation of a single vendor assessment with all questions, responses, and findings.
Executive Summary Report
High-level overview for executives focusing on risk levels and key findings without technical details.
Findings Report
Focused report on security gaps and compliance issues with detailed remediation guidance.
Portfolio Summary Report
Overview of risk across all or selected vendors for board presentations and compliance audits.
How to Generate a Report
Navigate to the Assessment
Go to Assessments and click on the completed assessment you want to report on.
Click "Export" or "Download Report"
Look for the export button in the top-right corner of the assessment detail page.
Select Report Type
Choose from Assessment Detail, Executive Summary, or Findings Report.
Configure Options (Optional)
Choose to include/exclude sections like vendor comments, evidence attachments, or historical comparisons.
Generate and Download
Click "Generate Report" - the PDF will be created and automatically downloaded.
